O hotel foi um ótimo achado! Quando reservei, fiquei um pouco insegura porque ainda não tinha tantas avaliações, mas acabou sendo uma grata surpresa. A localização ajudou muito, principalmente por ser perto do metrô, o que facilitou bastante a nossa locomoção durante a viagem. Gostei muito do ambiente no geral, dos móveis, da organização e da qualidade do local. Tudo parecia bem cuidado e confortável, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. O único ponto negativo foi a questão do café da manhã. No momento da reserva, apareceu para mim a informação de que estaria incluso, mas ao chegar lá fui informada de que não fazia parte da hospedagem. Como eu não tinha como comprovar, acabou ficando por isso mesmo. Foi algo que fez falta, porque eu e a pessoa que estava comigo contamos bastante com isso durante a estadia. Apesar desse detalhe, os pontos positivos superaram bastante e, no geral, tive uma experiência muito boa.

O hotel é simples mas tem o necessário. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. Não tem elevador, mas os rapazes que ficam na recepção ajudam a levar as malas. Não oferecem shampoo e condicionador, apenas sabonete. Tem secador de cabelo.

O hotel e as acomodações são bem novas e limpinhas. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Fica numa ótima localização, com metrô perto, farmácia e posto de gasolina. Também é perto do Shopping Butantã. Para quem for em algum show ou evento no MorumBis, é um local muito agradável para se hospedar. Recomendo.

A água do chuveiro estava muito quente. Não consegui colocar no morno e nem no frio. A atendente Amanda é muito simpática, comunicativa e linda. Adorei encontrar companhia para o Show da Dualipá. Admirei a Atitude empreendora dos jovens dono do Hote. Acredito que sera um grande sucesso, pois a estrutura é excelente e o local centralizado e perto de tudo. Parabéns a toda a Equipe.
