This is an apartment within a hotel, the person listing it is not the actual hotel but rather someone working on behalf of the owner of the apartment. When I arrived the hotel told me the owner did not give enough information to know which apartment within the hotel I had rented. Hours later after reaching out through all methods (even expedia tried to contact him) I had to give up and book a separate room within the hotel. The regular hotel room was slightly cheaper and included breakfast at that cheaper price. The person eventually responded back hours too late (3-4hrs after checkin time). They said "Is everything fine" I re-explained everything and told him I wanted a refund. Then he began completely lying to me telling me I chose to leave the hotel rather than check in etc. etc. Said he never got any of the messages or calls...... come on.... he said he wouldn't refund. Then he began sending messages to the chat as if I had actually checked in and out etc. Absolutely 100% lying to try and keep the money and make it look like I was checked into the place. Expedia took the money back from him. It felt like trying to reason with a 5 year old talking to this guy. Who is going to pay me for all the time this guy stole from me though????? FIND ANOTHER HOTEL THIS GUY IS THE WORST POSSIBLE PERSON TO GO THROUGH!!!
