The place had been visited several times by the police at night for what altercations I dunno. There must be a better security and staff manning the place. The pool was dirty as well the wet sauna had a stinky smell. Very disappointing.

This was an excellent property in every way. But Uotel needs everything to be done online via WhatsApp, and any problems with the tech - your phone number isn’t quite right, or your phone is out if charge - and you are screwed. I speak Portuguese, and really needed it in this case. The security guards in the building were thuggish, and clearly uninterested in Uotel guests - their job was to keep people out, and weren’t going to deal with Uotel guest issues (like being unable to check in) unless they absolutely had to.

Poor check in

Perfect place and location. But very poor check in . No information sent to us prior to arrival . Took us more than 1 hr to get in, They tried to call my celular phone , but did not care to look that my address is from USA I sent an email 3 days prior to arrival and never got and reply ... over all everything was perfect . They just need to improve check in

Um apart-hotel em crise de identidade

Esta avaliação é comparativa, pois fiquei em outro hotel da mesma rede, na mesma cidade. Ao apart-hotel faltam insumos básicos de cozinha. Também a localização dos equipamentos não foi das mais felizes, pois aparelhos elétricos como roteador, forno de micro-ondas e geladeira emitem luzes que incomodam durante a noite, caso particularmente grave no caso do aparelho de ar condicionado. Este emite um feixe luminoso que não tenho outro termo para aludir que não seja um farol.

Mto a melhorar

O apartamento eh excelente em termos de estrutura física e conforto. Porém a internet no quarto não funcionava direito, não tinha tv a cabo e a tv aberta disponível não tinha nem globo. Não deixaram o tag no quarto para que qdo quisesse usar a piscina ou academia pudesse entrar, eu me aprontei para treinar e qdo cheguei na academia não tive acesso. O atendimento eh todo virtual mas tem certa demora tanto que qdo cheguei no horário no horário combinado para check in ainda não haviam me enviado o número do quarto e a portaria não me liberou acesso, fui obrigada a ficar na rua.
