It has nice breakfast and dinner until late hours. Airport shuttle is very helpful. People who might be sensitive to sleep, this place could be a concern as the flight landings happen frequently with its noice passing by the hotel which is very close.

It was an overnight stay before my early morning flight. I selected this property because it offers free shuttle to/from the hotel and the room seems good size for my needs. I used the restaurant because there was no other choice of restaurants near by and the food was reasonable priced and the food was good.

Took more than 15 minutes to check in with no communication, the restaurant buffet was filthy, forks and knives in the clean section with food remains, plates not properly washed, when tried to find a table none of them were clean, restaurant hostess was rude, very unwelcoming experience

I booked the airport transportation, but they reserved another timeline and rejected our luggages because of their rule, which they didn’t explain when I check in…. Hence, our travel got difficulty after checking out. I will never stay at this hotel.

The problem was that I never received information regarding how to get there. It took me one hour to figure out how to get the shuttle bus. I think Expedia does not have good communication with the hotels. I believe it is your responsability to follow up with us. It was quite frustrating. Then I got at the hotel at 11pm. Quite exhausted and the queue to check in was of 20 or 30 people! It took me one hour to manage to do my check in. Even though I had a reservation and the rest of the people didn't. The hotel did not care about that and they still made me queue. What is the point to do everything in advance then? Quite a bad experience with you and the hotel.
