This property do not allow any visitor. They said it is prohibited by condo association, however, this is not disclosed at booking website, like Expedia. My friend wosh to see me at the unit but was returned by the security. Moreover, i checked out and left my luggage with my friends unit and reported to the manahement that I will return to pickup my luggahe as my flight was at night. At that time they said its ok. When I reported that I am coming back to pickup my luggage from my friends unit they denied and asked me to reregister with a heafty fee or ask my friend to bring my luggahe out of the securitu gate. This property should not be allowed to lease withour proper disclosure. Absolutelty unacceptable. Will report to Expedia for refund of my booking.

They were doing construction on the property at night. I notified them of the noise that was disturbing me along with recordings of hammering and they were asking me to go out in my hallway to try to figure out where it’s coming from. I’m in a high-rise building, how am I supposed to figure that out?

I had a booking for several nights. First there was huge problems checking in. Hadnt recieved a door code and reception was clueless regarding checkin. Door code didnt work so got a new room. Smaller and there the AC was not working. Couldnt be fixed so another change of rooms. This time things worked. But door frame kept falling apart. Someone came to fix but he just pushed the door frame back fastened with 1 nail. Asked for more toilet paper and soqp but was told to go buy it ourselves. I think 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons 6 nights its a bit little to be honest.

The customer service team is HORRIBLE. They seem to be in total disconnect with the front desk staff. Upon arrival at the property, if your name isn’t yet in the system, they will not let you in and will make no efforts to reach out to the “remote” customer service team. There is no phone number to call and the customer service team can only be reached by text message. A complete joke. I spent more than 30 min on a back and forth with them to get my name to finally added to the system to gain entry into the building even though I had provided the documentation hours in advance. The front desk team simply said that it was my responsibility to figure out why my name was in their system. Let that sink in.

Horrible customer service, no WiFi

I would advise strongly to not book this apartment. The customer service is next to nothing. The apartment is fine but they ask you biometrics and passport to register entry system. During my whole stay there was no internet. I reported it 5 times and there was no resolution. They said it takes 24 hours for them to resolve issues. Considering I was staying 2 nights this was unacceptable. They didn’t offer any alternatives either. Pretty basic amenities, 2 glasses, 2 cups and one nespresso capsule for each day. Felt like a prison. Check out time is 11 which is less than hotels and check in time is 3 pm. It’s much better to book a hotel instead where you can at least leave your luggage in case of early arrival or late flight. Just a management company managing the property so I advise not to book it

Disappointing Experience, Poor customer services

The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay but you need to be careful about the safety around the area. I tried to spall to the nearest supermarket beside the McDonald’s in 5-min walk. Full of homeless people stayed under a footbridge, blocking the way between the residence and the supermarket. Completely not recommended.

A localização é excelente, o estrutura do condomínio muito boa!! Já fico no charlie e um bom tempo, infelizmente alguns quartos precisam de uma manutenção mais rigorosa, como infiltrações e cheiro forte no banheiro, limpeza do quarto estava razoável (tirando a roupa de cama/banho, essa impecável sempre), quarto sempre aconchegante, porém é preciso algumas manutenções, passagem rápida é tranquilo de ficar!!

Funcionários grossos, sem treinamento, Apesar de ter reservado 4 apartamentos por 6 diárias e ter feito todo processo de check in, com facial e documentação fui constrangida toda vez que tentei entrar e sair. na minha última noite de hospedagem , fui constrangida por 1 hora, apesar de estar com documento e check in feitos. Quartos sujos. Wi-Fi não funcionou um dia sequer, um dos quartos sem ar condicionado e cheiro de esgoto constante. Não se hospedem nessa pocilga. Nunca mais voltarei.
