I checked in at night, the entrance and apartments were freshly renovated, everything was comfortable, but one moment was unpleasant, the apartment managers sent the wrong WIFi password and I was without connection all night after arrival until I purchased a local SIM card with the Internet in the morning and wrote to the service support that there is no WiFi.

What can I say? I never wrote a review before but I think its important to let other people know what they re getting into when They book with “Charlie’s Prison” how I d like to call. First of all, its not a hotel or an apart hotel, it feels more like a prison, where you have to ask someone to let you in… and believe me, to let you out. At the beginning I thought it would be a great experience but it turned lut to be a nightmare. Be sure to have INTERNET CONNECTION and a plan that works abroad as you you have to communicate with “Charlie” via “Whatsapp” and its extremely annoying system. The simple task of changing rooms cause of a terrible noise outside, cause of a street repair, became a nightmare as Charlie ( which was supposed to be a 24h service just works until 8pm, and they couldnt change my room, even though I politely requested a quiet room. It was denied cause there was no way fro them to give me another room in the back of the building, I begged for it as I needed to rest as I was in Sao Paulo for business and needed to wake up early. My experience overall was horrible, having to ask someone to let me in and out, waiting for long minutes outside in the street. Besides, They dont have water, there s no way you can buy a snack and you cannot have guests. None of this was listed when I booked the room. To be fair the room was nice and the bed super comfortable, but I couldn’t enjoy my stay cause of this terrible noise outside.I ll never ever stay with Charlie again.

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Chuveiro muito bom! Vale o custo benefício, mas minha dica é trocar a lixeira que estava quebrada e o secador que não funcionava.

A localização é ótima, apesar de ser em uma ladeira, fica a poucas quadras da Av. Paulista, se tornando bem conveniente, especialmente pela proximidade à estação do metrô MASP - Trianon. O quarto é pequeno e cômodo, mas estava bastante sujo, como se não tivesse sido limpo entre um hóspede e outro, apenas arrumado. O chão estava bem sujo, assim como as paredes do banheiro (especialmente a lateral da pia), as portas e interruptores e o tapete sob a cama também, estando cheio de cabelos quando chegamos. A pia do banheiro pingava pelo sifão e a água não descia, como se estivesse entupida, tornando o uso da torneira do banheiro praticamente inviável. O cobertor estava sujo e envolvido por 2 lençóis, talvez para esconder a sujeira. Não havia panos para secar a louça e somente uma cadeira para sentar, mesmo a descrição do quarto sendo para 2 pessoas. Não havia vassoura, somente pazinha para recolher a sujeira. O sistema de acesso ao quarto é por fechadura eletrônica, porém se a bateria descarregar a manutenção pode demorar um tempo para chegar e te deixar fora do quarto enquanto isso. Em geral, serve, especialmente se for uma estadia breve em que se passa pouco tempo no quarto. Para estadias mais prolongadas não recomendo o local.

Tive uma ótima experiência, com certeza ficaria de novo lá, vou indicar também. A localização é excelente, a limpeza é ótima, se fizer o cadastro tudo certinho antes, é muito prático para entrar, só colocar a face que já é liberado. Não achei os entornos perigoso.

Vi alguns comentários ruins depois que eu já tinha pago a hospedagem e fiquei com receio. Mas pra minha surpresa, eu achei o apartamento e prédio super completo. A limpeza de todos os ambientes estavam impecáveis. O prédio tem lavanderia, academia, espaço para fazer reunião, tem Mini mercado, tem TUDO. O quarto apesar de ser pequeno, é bem organizado e dá para um casal. Super limpo e cheiroso até dms. Achei a cama super macia. A cortina do quarto é black out, maravilhosa tbm. O banheiro é pequeno, mas na parte do chuveiro tem um nicho que você consegue organizar seus itens de higiene perfeitamente. Senti falta de tomadas perto da cama e do balcão. A localização é ótima, tem o Oba e um Pão de Açúcar na mesma rua. Você consegue fazer várias coisas só andando. Apesar da biometria não ter funcionado logo quando cheguei não foi um problema que eu tive dor de cabeça, é só interfonar na portaria que eles te atendem. Eu gostei de toda a tecnologia. Obs.: fiquei em um quarto administrado pela Charlie

Pros e Cons

O quarto era confortável e bem equipado. O lugar apesar de mal sinalizado tem uma ótima localização e vale a pena a estadia pela facilidade de acesso as coisas. O sofá-cama não foi nada confortável de se dormir, e olha que tentamos de tudo: nem aberto, que foi um completo desastre pra passar a noite e fechado, em formato de sofá mesmo, que não cabia uma pessoa adulta de forma confortável. Acabamos revezando quem ficaria desconfortável mesmo depois de um dia cansativo. O quarto era extremamente barulhento e ouvimos todos os barulhos de encanamento dos apartamentos de cima, e nunca passamos por isso antes.

Local excelente com problemas estruturais

A localização é excelente. Porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, por ser um apartamento fez falta um local para refeição. Havia uma mesa na varanda, no entanto com o tempo frio não era o melhor lugar para ficar. Não havia lugar para pendurar roupas, o banheiro estava bem sujo, principalmente a tampa da privada. A pia do lavabo tinha problema pra descer água, e a lixeira do banheiro quebrada.
