The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

O hotel é bem localizado, com bom atendimento. Tem um bom café da manhã servido até às 10h. Estranho foi o aviso do funcionário às 9:50 que em 10 min encerraria o café e se quisesse mais algo era se servir em 10 minutos. Foi a primeira vez que vi isso em um hotel, pois normalmente o acesso ao restaurante fecha no horário previsto e quem está no café termina tranquilamente. Quanto ao estacionamento terceirizado tem um valor alto. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, encontrei cabelos na parte do banho. O chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, fica morno.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, mas o hotel em si deixa a desejar. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, mas não tem armário (apenas um vão aberto com uma arara e sem cabides), o banheiro não tem box, a televisão é bem pequena, as toalhas estão bem desgastadas e as colchas de cama são super finas. Não tem academia. Falta um melhor acolhimento na recepção. O café da manhã é bom e os recepcionistas do café da manhã são bem atenciosos. É um bom custo benefício pra quem vai apenas pra dormir.
