Exelente custo e benefício. Não tenho reclamações, fui muito bem assistido. Funcionários bem atenciosos e educacos. Toda ida a cidade de São Paulo ficarei nesse hotel, até por ser próximo ao aeroporto.

Experiência ruim. Prédio sem acessibilidade e subir escada para quem tem sequela de poliomielite é terrível e ainda carregando malas. Não havia informação da escada. Apto sem estrutura mínima como saboneteira no banheiro (sabonete teve que ficar no chão) sem gancho p/toalha e sem porta papel higiênico, toalha rasgada. Torneira pingando e muito barulho externo e interno.

Quarto com janela para fosso de ventilacao. O fosso tinha presença de pombos o que gerou mal cheiro e sujidade na acomodação. Também é importante ressaltar que havia uma porta pequena para acesso a esse fosso dentro da acomodação. Esta falta de higiene pode trazer doenças graves resultantes da presença das aves no ambiente.

É um quarto sem janela. As paredes são cheias de traças. O checkin depende de envio de seus documentos e fotos via whatsapp, o que parece cada vez mais recorrente, mas não é prático e é bastante inseguro. Também se escuta muito barulho do corredor. A única vantagem é estar a 15 minutos a pé do aeroporto.
