Localização excelente na Vila Madalena, próximo de comércio, bares e restaurantes. O prédio é novo e com boa infra (academia, piscina, garagem). Pontos negativos vão para o processo de check-in, que é nada fluido e pouco intuitivo, sendo feito via WhatsApp. A portaria é de um prédio residencial e, como o cadastro do carro é feito manualmente, é necessário descer do carro tarde da noite pois o porteiro não consegue ver a placa cadastrada, o que eleva o risco de acidentes e assaltos. O quarto é espaçoso e arejado, mas precisa de manutenção: algumas tomadas não funcionam ou estão avariadas, vazamentos de água em alguns lugares (embaixo da pia, abaixo do ar condicionado e atrás da privada), pontos de infiltração visíveis no banheiro, ausência de ganchos para pendurar toalhas, ferrugem no suporte do shampoo. E, por falar em shampoo, NÃO é fornecido shampoo nem condicionador, apenas um sabonete e toalhas. A geladeira é bem barulhenta à noite e o aquecedor do ar condicionado não funciona (fazia 13°C no dia que me hospedei). Wifi funciona, mas enfrentei instabilidade de conexão. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Excelente localização, bairro residencial, calmo mas com muitas opções de bares ,restaurantes e supermercados e padarias. O prédio está bem conservado e tem o bom sistema de segurança. Bom benefício., mas precisa melhorar as condições do banheiro, bem como, colocar barra de apoio dentro box, trocar o piso por um anti derrapante e outros acessórios para banhos. O sofá precisa ser melhorado. A piscina é muito boa e a academia tem o básico. No mais, voltaria a me hospedar neste estabelecimento.
