Do NOT book this property! It is falsely advertised, you will be left without any assistance or recourse, there is no staff, and the property will never respond to either your messages or Expedia’s if something is wrong. It’d be dangerously irresponsible to book this prooerty

The reservation was through Housi. No Reception desk at the location. All communication through WhatsApp BOT (!!) and not helpful. After several attempts, a human answers with standard text and not helpful, not able to respond to any needs - no internet for an entire day and I figured it out myself how to fix it. No silverware. Missing towels. Broken furniture. Nothing was fixed even after several requests and promises to send maintenance. Reception desk of the building unable to solve anything because they are not related to Housi or the hotel service. When you arrive you have to wait at the broken and narrow sidewalk until you are cleared to access the lobby by unfriendly security associates. Same when you receive guests. The property has great potential, great location, but “sucks”!

Olá! Há vazamento na torneira da pia do banheiro, ralo Box entope, Box muito pequeno, difícil de tomar banhos, não há nenhum utensílio para apoiar sabonetes ou shampoo. Além disse não tinha ferro de passar e nem secador de cabelos. O prédio não tem isolamento acustico. Era possível ouvir em detalhes o que as pessoas do apto ao lado falavam. Não foi boa experiência.

A localização é maravilhosa mas o apto de 18m é muito pequeno. O banheiro nem se fala. O check in é feito por um link e não foi enviado. Ficamos com malas no portão por 40 minutos esperando na chuva.

O ponto mais negativo é o tamanho do banheiro ! O box é mínimo! Os pontos mais positivos são a localização e o atendimento da colaboradora chamada Kelly (feita pelo zap do 360 suítes ). Kelly resolveu com muita eficiência minhas demandas!

Tive uma experiência ruim, aluguei 3 quartos para mim e minha família. Porém assim que chegamos verificamos todos os 3 quartos com problemas ( persianas quase caindo, um banheiro sem luz e o colchão do outro sem condições de uso pois se deitava e afundava. Fomos trocados para outros 3 quartos , e o problema foi resolvido para 2 quartos, porém para o 3 quarto quando cheguei tinha uma persiana caindo e não tive conexão com internet e fiquei assim até o final da expediente pois fui informado que estavam com equipe reduzida e tinham aberto chamado. Descaso total com o cliente .

Excelente experiência no VN Oscar Freire. Prédio completo, atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Praticamente colado na estação de metrô. Único ponto que eu melhoraria: o tamanho do box do banheiro é muito pequeno e acaba sendo desconfortável. De resto, tudo perfeito.

O quarto era bonitinho e o atendimento por WhatsApp era rápido contudo os maiores problemas que eu destaco são:-Ausência completa de isolamento acústico (dava pra ouvir tudo no quarto ao lado, o celular a tosse o bocejo) e tb - faltou papel higiênico (me foi entregue c papel vc pelos metade e eles não substituíram)

Pegamos um quarto de categoria superior, já sabendo que os de entrada eram minúsculos. A estrutura do quarto era ok, o tamanho era bom e tinha uma boa vista. E só! O quarto claramente estava muito gasto, com tomadas caindo, manchas na parede e algumas coisas quebradas. Apesar do quarto menor, o banheiro era minúsculo, a ponto de quase não caber dentro. A pia era ridicula, e impossível de lavar o rosto. O atendimento dos responsáveis pelo quarto foi extremamente rude. Não tem o mínimo de ammenities, nem um secador sequer! Os pontos positivos são a localização bem em cima do metro. Os funcionarios do prédio são gentis e a entrada no apartamento foi fácil. A estrutura do prédio é basica.

Só a vista que é realmente espetacular, mas o AP é pouco equipado, pouca tomada, tive que comprar uma extensão para poder usar o computador na mesa, a torneira da pia estava solta caindo o tempo todo… quando choveu entrou água pela vidraça…
