Stay away of this place

I had problems getting in touch with the administrator of the room. My room had a dirty sheet and a broken shower room. Took me hours to figure out how to contact someone for support, who changed my room to another one that had also dirty sheets (they changed it in the next day only). I also called hotels.com and they response was terrible and only offered me 75 dollar coupon. I recommend you to stay away from this place and also be very careful with what you choose in the hotels.com website, as they don’t seem to choose good properties and are terrible solving your problems. Another issue is that the building is in a very busy and there is no soundproofing system and it is almost impossible to sleep.

There wasn’t Wifi in the room, couldn’t connect to Wifi, very very noisy from the street because there was only one glassy wall between the room and balcony that didn’t close completely! Super small with a small double bed, the room area is not like the pictures, and the concipage and security couldn’t speak English at all, so you should use Google Translate to communicate. Was a bad experience at this hotel and left two days early.

A localização é excelente, o atendimento no WhatsApp é rápido, o atendimento na portaria foi excelente, mas a limpeza não estava muito boa e o colchão tinha uma afundamento no meio. No mais o apartamento era confortável e após solicitada uma nova limpeza o pedido foi atendido em 24h.

Satisfatório mas deveria ser melhor

Estadia relativamente boa num lugar nobre de São Paulo. No entanto, o apartamento não tinha a vista proposta no site, tivemos problemas para termos acesso ao apartamento (o número da unidade não foi enviado com antecedência) e achamos uma embalagem de camisinha no chão perto da cama. Ou seja, pelo preço eu esperava mais. Tive uma boa experiência mas não sei se voltaria pra esse apartamento.

Perfeito para uma estadia prática

Foi tudo ótimo. O quarto tem uma mini cozinha, com um fogão de indução de uma boca só. São três panelas, talheres para dois e espátulas, colheres de panela. Check-in fácil, apartamento limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro com água aquecida a gás, toalhas fornecidas. A localização é ótima, fica perto de um Carrefour e uns 10 min a pé da Av. Paulista e metrô. Academia ok, quebra um galho: três esteiras, um aparelho multiuso tipo pulley, pesos pequenos e maiores, não tem barra para supino. Os preços do "mercadinho" são absurdos; melhor comprar no Carrefour. Dois dias antes do check-out nos pediram para mudar de quarto sem muita explicação. O outro quarto era muito parecido, então não tivemos problemas, só o transtorno da mudança.
