Péssimo atendimento

O Local é bom e bem localizado, mas isso não supre as dores de cabeça. Inicialmente, perto do horário de entrada, encaminham um whatsapp falando que para entrar no prédio basta apresentar a documentação. No entanto, ao chegar no prédio, é necessário um cadastro de reconhecimento facial. Desse modo, ao chegar, os porterios (que não são funcionários da 360) que acabam lhe orientando à entrar em contato com a empresa para realizar o cadastramento. Nisso, você gasta mais de meia hora, do lado de fora e com malas aguardando. Não obstante, caso você chegue em horário não comercial, sabe lá como será seu atendimento. vale lembrar que várias vezes tive que recadastrar. sempre uma dificuldade enorme por parte da empresa em fazer o processo. uma das vezes estava sem celular e fiquei "preso" do lado de fora. outro ponto negativo se deve ao fato de chegar no quarto e não ter toalhas. entrei em contato com a empresa e pediram 24 horas para resolver o problema. Depois de insistir muito e falar que não podia esperar 24 horas para tomar banho, me foi dada como única opção mudar de quarto. Tive que refazer as minhas malas, que já estavam desfeitas, pois não podia simplesmente pegar a toalha de outro quarto. Enfim, essas dificuldades causam muito stress e retiraram todas as vantagens que a propriedade tem. No fim, tem-se como muito negativa a experiência. Não recomendo, em especial para quem chegará fora do horário comercial.

Ótimo custo benefício

Check in funcionou bem com informações enviadas antes das 15h e sem problemas. Única restrição é o banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas no geral o condomínio é seguro novo e o apartamento tem um ótima localização e perto de metro.

Experiência razoável. Acomodação não oferece internet Wi-Fi e o controle da tv estava sem funcionar. Em cima de um móvel estava com poeira. Área de banho muito apertada. Pontos positivos: localização muito boa, tem tudo por perto e segurança no prédio.
