limpeza e manutenção preventiva deixou a desejar.

Os donos preocupam muito com armarios novos, e enfeitar d mais os quartos, sendo que o basico, com geladeira sem barulho, limpeza em dia, internet funcionando, interfone funcionando, acho que deveriam focar mais nos cuidados basicos para depois averiguar outros itens.
