The first room that was offered to me was next to the entertainment area. When I enter the room I could hear everything that was happening outside and it was 11pm already. I had to wait until the next day to have a room change because they claimed that room change happens after 2:00pm. When they change ne to my second room the aircondition was not working so another room change had to happen. When I finally arrived at my third room I saw the bathtub looked like it wasn't use in years. It looked rusty and had several stains. The food at the buffet wasn't that great one of the cheffs that was cooking the pasta was turning the stove on with a peace of paper when he serves me the pasta I saw a peace of paper inside the pasta. I try not make a big deal out of this and I just went to the beach and try to come down. Not everyone will have the same attitude towards this situation. It was unacceptable 😤.

I expected something different for the prices. Place was dirty, front desk rude, food was trash, no wifi, no electricity for a few minutes, alcohol tasted like water, rooms were dirty, no towels. I had some issues check in. Not worth it

The food was all artificial drinks non alcoholic and alcoholics were water down we left 1 day early because we couldn’t take it dogs barking all night and drunk men cursing as well I had to scream from my balcony to shut up so I can sleep so terrible

Front of the beach, every thing is nice, pools, rooms, beach according to the price. But few things if the can improve like food was always cold in the buffet. Microwave was suggested. Beach towels were short every day.

This property is more for locals to come and stay, especially on weekends. Boca Chica is perhaps not the prettiest area. ( town ) but the beach is very beautiful and there are some excellent restaurants nearby. Food and drinks were pretty average. Usual run arounds …one staff woke us on the beach and told us we needed new bracelets- went to reception and were told no those are ok. Water bottles in the room one day not the next. Things inexplicably closed etc. Staff were somewhat attentive but not overly friendly.

It all depends on what are you looking for. This is a very affortable place to stay if your are looking for a cheap hotel. The place needs a lot of work. Most of the staff is not welcoming but I do have to give a shout out to Olga in the buffet who was very friendly and helpfull and Mr Amado who gave us a small tour of the place and gave us some tips. The room had many issues. The sink was cloggeg, the bathroom door wont close, the door to the balcony needed to be forced to open. The pool water was very cloudy. The surroundings were dirty. Most of the guest were loud locals. The dinning option was limited without any flavor. I only stayed 1 of the 3 days I booked. I ran as fast as I could. Will not reccomend unless you dont mind any of the mentioned issues.
