Well the staff was great in the beginning then I was charged for a room I didn’t get then told me that because the guest before me had to it and wanted to stay an extra night I get kicked off of that one n have to choose another room which was nowhere near the same the club staff was awesome everyone there was great food and hospitality

The customer service could really use improvement. Several staff members were short and came across as rude—almost as if we were inconveniencing them just by asking a question or trying to pay for breakfast. It wasn’t everyone, but we experienced this with at least three or four employees. A big part of traveling is hoping for a pleasant, welcoming experience throughout your stay, and unfortunately this was one area where the hotel fell short.

SERIOUS BED BUGS PROBLEM. I checked in the hotel on Friday and from the first night I noticed weird spots on my legs, I contacted the receptionist and showed the my legs they assured me it is not from them I then asked to change the room and it only got worst, I also heard other customers complaining about the same issue. THE HOTEL HAS A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH BED BUGS, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY YOU WOULD AVOID BOOKING HERE. THE BITES ARE SORE AND PAINFUL THE INSECTS BIT ME EVERYWHERE AND IT FEELS AND LOOKS HORRIBLE GRAVE PROBLEMA DE CHINCHES. Me registré en el hotel el viernes y desde la primera noche noté manchas extrañas en las piernas. Contacté con la recepcionista y le mostré las piernas; me aseguraron que no era culpa del hotel. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la situación empeoró. También escuché a otros clientes quejándose del mismo problema. EL HOTEL TIENE UN GRAVE PROBLEMA DE CHINCHES. SI TE IMPORTA TU SALUD Y LA DE TU FAMILIA, EVITA RESERVAR AQUÍ. LAS PICADURAS SON DOLOROSAS, LOS INSECTOS ME PICARON POR TODAS partes y la piel se ve y se siente horrible.

Air conditioning was confusing and wasn’t sure if it was properly on. Should’ve asked front desk about this. However, I had to ask front desk about practically everything because there weren’t clear instructions or clear directions on how to use the amenities nor where they were. Taxis and Ubers were my biggest nightmare down there, however, it was handled and actually taking Uber was a very much cheaper than the taxis they provide there. If you’re not a local just come, prepare prepared and have an itinerary ready. Otherwise, be ready to ask for assistance for everything. Location was beautiful. No beach close in good distance. Not bad experience, if you’re just looking for a place to stay this is excellent. If you’re looking for a hub spot— I’d look elsewhere.
