• Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a US$50 fee per hour.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, elevators, and hallways.
• A deep-cleaning penalty of US$150 applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.

• Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and building amenities.

• Bed sheet or duvet cover: US$40–$60
• Please avoid eating or drinking on the bed or sofa to maintain cleanliness.
• Furniture or decorative elements must not be moved.
