The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff during the day are exceptional and not the same experience in the evening but overall good customer services. Close to everything including coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets, mini markets and nightlife and many shops. I would recommend and I would stay again.

10/10 Service! The hotel is beautiful, but the daytime staff specifically Wennifer at the front desk—make it a 5-star experience in the daytime. She was incredibly helpful throughout the day, always greeting me by name and making sure my stay was perfect. Night time not as much but still worth the stay. If you’re looking for a place where you actually feel looked after, this is it.
