Quiero destacar de manera especial al Sr. Francisco Betancourt, del equipo de mantenimiento. Cada mañana, mientras disfruto mi café en el piso de la piscina, él pasa a saludarme con un “buenos días” genuino y siempre inicia una conversación amable que alegra el comienzo de mi jornada. Ese tipo de detalles reflejan no solo excelencia en servicio, sino humanidad, cercanía y pasión por lo que hace. Gracias, Marriott Santo Domingo, por hacer sentir a uno como en casa. Y gracias, Sr. Betancourt, por convertir algo tan simple como un saludo matutino en un gesto memorable. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaría y al que regresaré sin pensarlo.

The hotel was outstanding in terms of its location (which is close to great restaurants and shopping), the comfort of the room, and amenities. But my single favourite “feature” is the staff, who could not be more friendly, helpful, kind and sweet. For example, one morning as we were going to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, our little girl stumbled and scraped her knee. I asked Ashley at the front desk if she knows where I could find a bandaid, and within a few minutes she came to our table and gave us 3. Luis was also full of helpful tips about what good restaurants and attractions were nearby. A sincere “thank you” to them and all the staff at the Marriott Piantini in SD!
