1. Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in: From 🕒 3:00 PM onward.
• Check-out: By 🕛 12:00 PM (noon).

2. Maximum Occupancy:
• The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.
• 🚫 No visitors allowed.

This apartment is ideal for:
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families of 2 parents and 2 children.
• 💑 Couples on a romantic getaway.
• 🧑‍🦳 A guest with a family member or caretaker.

Note: This listing is NOT suitable for 4 adults.

3. Quiet Hours:
• To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🌙

4. Smoking:
• 🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Use the designated smoking areas outside the building.

5. Pets:
• 🐾 Pets are not allowed.

6. Parties and Events:
• 🎉 Parties or events are not permitted. Please respect the property and neighbors.

7. Damages and Breakages:
• Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. 🛠️
• Report any issues promptly so they can be addressed.

8. Social Areas:
• Access to rooftop amenities (pool 🏊 & BBQ 🍖) requires reservations and is subject to availability.
• Confirm access with building management and follow the building’s rules for shared spaces.

9. Laundry and Garbage:
• 🧺 Use laundry facilities responsibly.
• 🗑️ Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycle ♻️ when possible.

10. Air Conditioning:
• To conserve energy, please turn off air conditioning units when not in use. ❄️

11. Security:
• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. 🔒
• Use the provided keys 🗝️ and ensure the building’s entry doors are properly closed.

12. Parking:
• If you have a vehicle 🚗, park in the designated space.
• Confirm parking availability with building management.

13. Identification Requirement:
• All guests must provide valid IDs 📄 prior to arrival for building registration.
• Access to the apartment and facilities requires completing this step.

14. Respect the Neighborhood:
• Be mindful of the surrounding community.
• Avoid loud noises in hallways or common areas to respect neighbors. 🤫

Note on Bedding and Linens:

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products that cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge 💲 will apply for replacement.

Check-In Instructions for Your Apartment in Santo Domingo:

1️⃣ Arrival at the Building:

Upon arrival, locate the building. A photo of the entrance and the building’s location are available in the portal to help you find the property easily 🏢.

2️⃣ Check-In at Reception:

Once inside, go to the reception desk to check in and fill out a form 📝. Inform the receptionist that you have a reservation for apartment B105.
• The building is open 24/7 ⏰, with a reception desk available for assistance, so no access code is needed to enter the building.

3️⃣ Access to the Apartment:

The access code you received earlier is used to enter the apartment 🏠. This code is available in the Door Codes section of the Guest Portal.
• Use the code to open the apartment door 🔑.
• Note: Remember to press the # symbol after entering the numbers to confirm.

4️⃣ Entering the Apartment:

After using the access code, proceed to the apartment to collect the keys, remote control, and token 🔑.

5️⃣ Parking:

Your assigned parking space is located on floor -3 of the garage, at the far end 🚗. After collecting the remote control and token, head to the garage, where the token will grant you access to the elevator area and parking.

6️⃣ Social Areas:

The social areas are located on the 8th floor of the tower 🏊. You can access them using the token provided in the apartment.

7️⃣ Private Jacuzzi:

The private jacuzzi takes approximately 10 minutes to fill 🛁.
• A video with instructions on how to use the jacuzzi is available in the House Guide section of the guest portal 🎥.

• 🛒 Pedidos Ya: For food and grocery deliveries, we recommend downloading the Pedidos Ya app. It’s a convenient way to order from various restaurants and stores in the area.
• 🥚🥑 Colmado (Mini-Market): For quick supplies, there’s a local mini-market available at 1(809) 683-0611.
• 💸 Galería 360 Mall: The Galería 360 Mall is just a 2-minute walk away, almost directly across from the building. It offers a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and many stores for all your shopping needs.
