There's NOTHING Luxurious Here

This apartment has potential but it is in no way luxurious. My issues:1. The property is for sale and has a mold issue in the bathroom that is not being addressed. The finishes are not appealing either. This place is like a Motel 8.2. It's in walking distance to Zona Colonial but there is a main road that is to dangerous to cross.3. The owner does not give access to the entire apartment and but this is what vrbo advertises and is not enforcing.4. The owner is messaging me to clean the apartment before I leave. Didn't understand this since there is a cleaning fee in the booking.5. At night after 11pm it was noisy lots of yelling and screaming.Renter BEWARE.
