The apartment itself was very nice, but there were several issues. The bathroom was not clean. The underside of the toilet seat was covered with dry fecal matter and the toilet did not flush and there were no towels or wash cloths. I contacted the property manager and she did show up with towels and a repairman. The next issue was the floors that were so dirty that our feet were black after walking barefoot. My girlfriend mopped all the floors and cleaned the toilet. We also noticed several stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. I contacted the property manager and she told me the sheets were new and had been washed and there shouldn’t have been any stains. They were never replaced and we still had to use them. The air conditioning in the living room was not cool at all and the air conditioner in the spare bedroom gave off so much condensation that we had to mop the floor every morning. The refrigerator broke down on the third day and I had to go to the supermarket to buy ice everyday to keep our food from spoiling. The toilet did not flush the last two days of our trip and we had to flush by pouring buckets of water in to the toilet. Needless to say, we were disappointed.
