A good inexpensive place to stay for quick pass throughs. Its located in a relatively safe corner in Zona Colonial. The staff is easy & understanding. I have no complaints but could easily imagine other traveler having issue (e.g. non functioning television, and other comforts less than par).

this is not a hotel. you can not sleep because of all the noise of the traffic.don't beleive the photo's you see that is a catfish!!! tv is not working bathroom is not good water leak a whole mess. to get a towel you need to bring the dirty one so they can wash it and bring it back you need to ask for room cleaning.

They give eggs and bread with passion fruit juice every morning. The shower doesn’t even have a place for you to stand and bathe. The conditions are not good; they’re not providing proper service.

We had a bit of difficulty at the beginning due to the fact that they were over booked and the room we had confirmed wasn’t available. The hotel front desk agent wasn’t polite, she was actually a bit rude. We had to contact the third party customer service to try to assist us and when we did the hotel front desk agent said forget it that she will handle it. And gave us the room and said she will just have to deal with the other guest when they arrive
