The room was nothing like pictures the reservation was not reserved it was first come first serve the water wasnt hot tv wasnt a ty was a 14inch monitor and had to leave due to family emergency didnt refund me and there is a kitchen with no stove

The lady there that runs the place is extremely nice and very helpful and very friendly. It’s a safe quiet place to stay, but there are no frills -in this case you get what you pay for.

El servicio estuvo okay. Solo me quede una noche por que no me sentia comoda en la habitacion . Lo recomendaria solo si fuera una emergencia . Cuando llamas a recepcion para alguna informacion no saben como ayudarte . Perdi el dinero de una noche por no sentirme comoda y todo se ve distinto a las imagenes y a las referencias .

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever ver had. First, we get there and they take us to a different property, that property was dirty and basically falling apart. The bathroom sealing was barely holding itself, the toilet would not flush, the air conditioner did not work, no soap, no iron, the sheets were dirty, the lighting was horrible. Totally a scam. This was fake advertisement, the images they have on their site are not what it is in person. Do not book this hotel it is terrible

Terrible place to stay didn't even get a room paid for a room on Expedia and got there and they said they can't honor the price that was on Expedia. Turned us away but offered us to pay $3,000 pesos for a room. Very rude unhelpful I do not recommend staying at this property. There was other people that booked on Airbnb had the same problem that I had with the computer and they let them walk in and stay. Horrible place

This is horrible experience for me . This hotel should not recommend. The sheets were stained the walls were cracking , the paint is chipped. We had mosquitoes in the room. The room was dirty and dusty.

The property is in dire need of maintenance. The staff is helpful but, communicating is a problem, not language related. They had a weird system of rationing water that I couldn't understand. Imagine having to request the water to be turned on to flush the toilet during the day!
