Amazing hotel. Only negative is no iron available to iron out clothes. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will come back and stay at hotel.

The property is ok in a pinch. Here are the issues: no hot water/water pressure for 2.5 days, given room on first floor-street noise as well as noise from reception was insupportable, no safe key was given at check in so valuables couldn’t be locked up.

Need to go up two flights to get to reception. Bathroom is so tiny. The bed was really hard and the room smelled "old". The good things were that the balcony was cute and facing the park and church. Also, it is walking distance to everything in the Zona Colonial and bars.

The stay was great, but the hotel didn’t have an elevador, so it was a little difficult to get my luggage to the room and even though they have someone who can help, be aware that for older people can be a little difficult to go up and down the stairs. The room was beautiful and clean, but a little noisy due to be on the Main Street. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, gift shops, museums, grocery stores, and the ocean (no the beach).
