The service was terrible, they never had change, the restaurant and jacuzzi weren't working, the TV never worked in four days, and the hot water didn't work for two days.

GREEDY & INDECENT LANDLORD. NO ONE SHOULD STAYhere

My stay was okay. I am 84 year senior, with rather poor health and unable to walk without a cane or sometimes without human support. It is not advisable for me to stay by myself. My son was to arrive the same evening originally from Chicago, but his Spirit Airline flight at Ft Lauderdale, FL, got cancelled and he could not arrive. I was very nervous and worried about my health. I requested the front desk attenant, Felix to contact the owner and let me seek another accomodation where someone who would watch over my health. I summoned lot of courage and nervously stayed all by myself for one more night, since Felix said he could not conract the owner. (When I saw that he was there, I couldn't move fast enough to catch up with him and talk). I informed Felix that I would have to leave the Hotel next morning (because of my precarious health condition) and requested to arrange to refund unused sum of money I had paid in advance (money was paid for stay from Dec 21 to Dec 28, and I was vacating the room on Dec 22nd). I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND. Unfortunately, I was told by Hotel.com that the owner does not want to comply with my request. To me, it seems that he is behaving like a greedy human being, with no decency; who wants to hold on to easy money he happened to have obtained from a helpless old man.

The front desk staff was very nice and attentive but the hotel in general is very lacking and needs upgrade. The bathroom in my hotel room was incredibly small, a reasonably-sized person could barely fit in there. Also, the mattress in my room was old and deformed and should had been replaced. On the website it states that breakfast is offered in the hotel but that was not the case when I stayed there. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel beyond 2 or 3 days max, not really worth it.

I was nice the staff was very attentive and polite. But I had circumstance in the recepción with them try to over charge me another extra 100 dollar for early check in when I ready pay the day 20/6/2024. The other thing was concerning me was the noice for the night club on the first floor and the karaoke night plus to you defenely you not going to get the properly rest the you need paying 113 dollar per night. The room have gap between the Blaine bothering me all time. Other en that would be great if they working a little be more on custumer comfort.

Great location on the Malecon. We had a nice room with a balcony and ocean view. But the main stand out point was the staff. All 3 gentlemen at the front desk were outstanding. Very responsive, polite and knowledge. We will be back

This place should not be on Expedia! Horrible experience, staff rude and stubborn. Also the place is not safe at alll. Additionally the bedsheets are not clean, the manager came and sprayed some fragrance just to help out with the smell as apparently rained that day, Toilet paper was wet and he refuses to change it, Please do yourself a favour, and don’t book this hotel!!!!

Las fotos son otra cosa en la realidad, no hay shampo, una sola barrita de jabon para 3 dias, el olor a humedo es insoportable, la ropa de cama en 3 dias nunca fue cambiada, sientes que hay animales en la cama y se te pasan a la piel, el papel de baño es tan delgado que no lo puedes tocar, me hicieron un cargo adicional al ingresar supuestamente por el cambio de dolar, el internet fallaba, no hubo luz un un dia que regresé durante 2 horas, los amigos de la recepción creo que hacen un buen trabajo educados y muy atentos,
