Staff excellent but condition of the room not grea

Love the staff, however management must be proactive and make sure everything is running smoothly. The AC was leaking, hair dryer didn’t work, the closet door didn’t open and the TV remote control didn’t work. We called and they came and fix everything buy again before you give to a guest the room they should check is all inside the room works

The staffs was very nice and the safety of the community. But, everything in the bedroom should be updated. Uff that mattre was so hard that the two nights i sleep there was horrible and my back was destroyed. I will neve going back to that odelpa.

I had the pleasure of staying at hodelpa caribe colonial with my children, and from the moment we arrived, I felt an exceptional level of safety and comfort. Traveling as a parent, feeling secure is a top priority, and this property exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, creating a welcoming environment for families. What truly impressed me was their honesty and integrity. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my wallet containing all my credit cards and important documents. To my relief, the hotel staff promptly contacted me and arranged to have it safely delivered to my next destination. This level of care and responsibility is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service and peace of mind they provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only comfort but also genuine hospitality and trustworthiness .

Hodelpa is a great hotel to stay in the Colonial Zone. Staff are lovely, the place is very clean, the bar and breakfast are really good and the are is the place to be with everything you can ask for.
