The room was super clean, the staff courteous, and very helpful. I had 2 small issues: the refrigerator in the room is not large enough to hold the restaurant’s dinner plates ( whatever is left over goes to waste ). Their food is great. Not enough sweetener and coffee cream were available in the room, and I did ask the maid if she could get me some, she simply replied that she didn’t have any. I should have alerted the front desk but chose not to do so.Large rooms. Nice big screen TV, great internet service. Nice parking. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Excellent!

We had a really bad experience during check-in. Staff did not want to recognize that we have an Expedia reservation; they said that it did not appear in their system, that they had no rooms available. We showed our reservation, the paid invoice, the confirmation number etc. We were held up for 45 minutes at 11:30pm. Expedia helped us call the hotel in two occasions, finally they agreed and let us have our rooms. Such an unpleasant welcome
