The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and go above and beyond to make each guest feel at home. The pool area remains my favorite spot—immaculately maintained, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a morning swim or lounging in the afternoon sun, it’s a highlight of the hotel experience. The beautiful gardens and tasteful decor throughout the property add to the sense of tranquility and luxury. My room was spotless, comfortable, and offered every amenity I could need for a restful stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the service in the lounge and dining areas was always friendly and efficient. I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the employees were polite and attentive. The room I was first checked into had an issue with the toilet, but maintenance arrived within minutes, and guest services quickly arranged a room change without hesitation. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. I highly recommended this hotel for it's excellent service and hospitality.
