I really enjoyed some parts of my stay, especially the restaurant service — the staff were super friendly, helpful, and made meals a nice experience. The food was good too. Guest services were mostly kind and tried to help whenever I reached out. That said, the room experience wasn’t great. Cleaning was inconsistent — one day it didn’t happen at all, and I had to go twice to guest services just to get it done. Towels were often late or not changed, and the room key was a daily problem, constantly stopping working even though I kept it away from my phone. The bathroom had mold and looked worn out, the AC barely cooled at night, and the minibar was empty from day one and never refilled. The hotel really needs better supervision and quicker responses when guests report issues. The people in the restaurant show what great service looks like — it’d be amazing to see that same level of care across the rest of the hotel.
