One of the greatest places to stay in Santo Domingo. Been here many times and I will not stay anywhere else. Place is close to many historical landmarks. The Santo Domingo nightlife around this place is also great! Shout out to Victor! Who’s usually there late nights taking care of the clients! Everyone there is amazing! The room was completely different than what was represented in the photos of the “signature suite” we left the same day because we felt the room was gross and very disappointing. We asked to be moved and we were not given the option. We asked for a refund and were denied. It was such a disappointment and it ruined our anniversary trip.
