Ate once from the restaurant on the roof and the food had onion trash and cabbage inside, I ordered a pasta . Sheets had stains and there was a smell coming through the bathroom drains. Also tried to get an early check but the time response was too late for me to even get the check out.

My return flight was in the night time I wasn’t aware that I had to return the apartment at 12pm no one explained at my arrival receptionist did not mention anything about that to me ,one the employee enter the room when I call the front desk they basically was kicking me out of the apartment I told them I need to closed my luggage and shower I got charged for one more hour for me to shower and close my luggage is not about the money is about having more sympathy specially if I am a loyal customer

Perfect location within walkiing distance to many restaurants. Very clean and secure with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The only negative feedback is that I was I needed a late check out for noon which is only 1 hour and was told yes by the night reception but the day reception told me $40 until 2pm and was not nice about it.
