The location offers direct access to the beach, and there are plenty of delicious local restaurants nearby. It’s the perfect place to get away with friends or family!
The Accommodation
Relax and feel right at home in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment has everything you need for the perfect Caribbean vacation, including air conditioning/heating, a water view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and more!
The cozy living room is equipped with a smart TV (Netflix and cable) and features a balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful beach and the Caribbean Sea. The apartment also features a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and making your morning coffee!
In addition, you can enjoy the shared barbecue and beach terrace, free parking, 24/7 security, and a pool overlooking the beach.

Other notes
Please note that the shared pool may occasionally be closed while maintenance staff drain it to refill with fresh water (usually after the rain showers, when the water becomes dirty). Although this may be inconvenient, it is beyond the host’s control and is necessary for the safety of guests using the pool.
There may be instances when the power goes out in Boca Chica. We have generators to provide lighting on the property in the event of a power outage. This usually lasts only 30 minutes.
We do our best to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our guests; however, because the property is so close to the ocean and located in a small beach town, we sometimes have to deal with situations as they arise. We therefore encourage guests to let us know about any issues that come up so we can do our best to resolve them and provide an incredible stay!
Smoking and parties ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE the apartment. The pool, the beach, and local bars are just a short walk away.
One of the best things about our property is that it’s located right next to the beach! We want to make sure travelers are aware that the humidity and salt in the air cause metal fixtures and paint to show some wear over time. This is simply a result of being so close to the ocean. Although the elements may make some parts of the property look a bit older, we’re proud to offer our guests a clean and safe stay.
Boca Chica is particularly known for being a lively, pedestrian-friendly town, filled with bars and restaurants, mainly along Calle Duarte. Locals often enjoy spending time at the beach, especially on weekends. The old church, the park, and many local restaurants are within walking distance. There are fun activities to explore, including horseback riding, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing.
We recommend heading to Neptune’s or Club Rolling Stone for lunch or an early dinner. Be careful of restaurants that hide their prices!
