I was surprised to have booked the premium package! There were snacks and breakfast that was healthy and delicious every morning and the staff was top tier. I plan to book again on my next trip hopefully soon! Highly recommend! Pool was so relaxing staff was very attentive, the lounge had great music and such a friendly crowd! Hands down the best experience!

The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive—even though they didn’t speak English. The hotel was very clean with a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. Its location was ideal, with easy Uber access to historical sites like Zona Colonial. Highly recommended.
