The staff is amazing. Especially Rosa one of the managers. I had a few issues with the room and she went above and beyond to make sure i was well raken care of. The staff on the VIP 9th floor was amazing, ensuring i was comfortable and taken care of.

Clean room and great staff. The only concern is that the generator transfer switch needs to activate more quickly, as there is currently a time gap between the power outage and the generator turning on. Additionally, a programmed delay — for example, a 5-minute wait after power is restored — should be added before shutting the generator off.

The property was nice in the lobby and rooms were average. Paid for premium services and was denied services as I had my teenager with me and they did not all children in the premium area even though they charged me for an adult fee for him. Room check-in was late. With premium mini bar was at a cost and they charges a service fee. Rooms were near the highway, so very loud. Was on the 9th floor and still can hear loud music and honking all night. Staff did not care about any complaints shared and even told Me I did not pay for premium. Food was paid for as well and we were no told the price before we ate. Only good thing was that it was near estadio Olympico about a 20 min walk over the bridge.
