Overall, not bad.

Once the hot water was fixed all went relatively well. Had one night of a horrible disco the next block over. The entire neighborhood should petition City Hall about those disturbances. Even the security guard said he got complaints they couldn’t do anything about. Once the drinks start flowing, and the music starts the rights of the savages, superseded everyone else’s, sad.
