Early check in not provided even though I bought a high end room. Bathtub drain didn’t work. After the tub was full of water. The very nice and professional engineer fixed the mechanism but the drain was still very slow. Alternative room was at the back of the building instead of the view room with the malfunctioning drain.

Great stay at the Sheraton SCL

I came for a Congress atbthe hotel The room was big, very comfortable. The service was great. The hotel is near two great shopping centers, so that was nice as I did not have time to go to the city centers. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. I would love to gome back !!

Hotel is very well located easy to tourist from there, people are very nice and friendly, I love the variety options for breakfast and even I could have my oatmeal with all the seeds and granolas I like. Hotel is close to Costanera Center mall and all the restaurants you can enjoy. Happy to choose it.

The hotel staff are not friendly. The hotel rooms are old and noisy. I moved a room and forgot a toiletry bag in the previous room and ask housekeeping to fetch it but they said that it was not there. The bag contained my medication and they said that it was not there. Strange that it was not there as it was only a few minutes afterwards and the bag was gone. The staff most certainly took it.
