A Andes + é uma ótima hospedagem, localizada numa região muito central e segura. Fica a poucas quadras do metrô e do Cerro Santa Lucia. Nas proximidades ainda tem mercado Lider en outras comodidades. A cama é muito confortável. O estúdio é bem completo e muito limpo. A internet funcionou muito bem. Tem uma sacada com uma vista boa. Ainda destaco a facilidade do checkin e do checkout.

Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range.

And we were close by activities for all ages. The actual area itself is a little bit sketchy, but it’s easy to walk out of the neighborhood and be at any landmark or restaurant in 10 minutes.

If I could give this property ZERO stars , I would. My entire stay there the shower didn’t work. I contacted the property and they said it would be fixed. Several days go by all the way to the end of my trip and the shower was never fixed and they stopped responding to me when I’d send a single WhatsApp message to them each day asking when it would be fixed. ZERO response for days on end , until the last day and still never received a response and the shower was broken all but one day of my trip. (It broke the first day k took a shower; showerhead fell off and shot water everywhere.) Absolutely unacceptable to have no way to shower while in Santiago where the temps were approximately 90 degrees each day. Expedia reached out to the property and the property took zero accountability; I had to pay full price for a property without a working shower. Also, the bathroom had filthy floors and the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it. Would avoid this worthless property at all costs. Also, not happy with Expedia not making this property take accountability.

Muito boa em relação a custo benefício

O apartamento estava arrumado e limpo. Porém o lençol da cama de casal estava aparentemente mal lavado. A reserva foi feita para 2 adultos e 1 criança, mas só tinha o edredom grande. Sugestão: deixar papel higiênico reserva no banheiro e um pote de açúcar disponível na cozinha
