The negatives: The breakfast was awful — everything tasted cheap, processed, and bland. The servers put out the bare minimum, so after just a couple of guests the food trays were already empty. The area around the hotel is terrible; the staff themselves advised us not to go out after dark. There are drug users and homeless people openly urinating in the street. The hotel also has an absurd policy that does not allow guests in your room. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and have never encountered such a restriction. It’s ridiculous — if I’m paying for the room, I should be free to decide who enters it. To make things worse, most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. We honestly couldn’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favour: avoid this hotel and this area altogether.

I arrived at noon and didn’t have a place where to store luggage they had me wait until 3 o’clock before I got into my room, which is fair enough if there were no rooms available, but they were plenty.

Decent spot for a night or two

Room was large and very nice. Bathroom was nice and shower was excellent. Wifi signal was strong. Breakfast was decent. My room was on the 3rd floor and road noise was significant. As we were trying to check out, we realized that all of our keycards had been deactivated prior to the posted check out time. We all had to go back to lobby, get our keys re-activated, go grab our bags, and go back downstairs to check out. Needlessly aggravating and a poor final impression for the stay.

Ótima opção de lugar apenas para dormir

O quarto é o banheiro são excelentes! Muito confortáveis e limpos. Apenas senti falta de um micro-ondas na área do café da manhã e a opção de retirar comida para levar visto que fiz passeios que exigiam sair muito cedo. Quanto a localização, têm muito comércio e é próximo da estação Santa Lucia de metrô. Para um hotel express, acho que poderia ser um pouco mais em conta, mas o que tem é de qualidade.
