Pros: depto cómodo, bien equipado y mantenido y el edificio se ve bien también. Buena ubicación, con cochera incluida. Nos tocó un piso alto con vista abierta a la ciudad. Cons: podrían tener un poco más de utensilios de cocina, las camas apenas entran en las habitaciones, no hay limpieza los domingos

Comfortable. Be sure to have on hand your own toilet paper. The noise on weekends from the rental/use of the bbq areas until way past 130am and parties in other units until 6 am - shakes the entire apartment.

The property is in an excellent location, since I traveled there in winter the apartment was not cold, with a beautiful view of the Mountains. It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar.
