For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Maid service hard workers

Good Quiet rest area. Room was not as clean as I expected. They need to put new sheets on beds and the televisions don’t work as well. Other than that, everything was great and safe.

Its hidden in the back nice & quite but limited parking they put parking violations on our side x side then we was getting charged for a pool towel. As a high class resort they should provide them. It’s nice and fun just be ready to walk lots of up and down hills to ur destination they don’t have golf carts not convenient for elderly or someone in wheel chair it’s a lot of walking unless u have a car and your driving then your good. The food it’s ok 5 out of ten.

The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.
