Thanks to the location of this centrally located and very bright accommodation, you’ll have everything within easy reach.
Located in the modern part of the city, it’s surrounded by restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
It’s a 15-minute walk from the historic district, 20 minutes from the Cathedral of Santiago, and 7 minutes from the Intermodal Train and Bus Station, which also has a connection to the airport.
There is a public parking lot right below the building with a rate of €9 per 24 hours.
The building has 2 elevators, and there’s a pharmacy and laundromat next door.

The space:
To gain access to the apartment on the first day, all guests must first complete an online check-in with their personal information.
Both the heating and hot water systems are electric.
The apartment has remote-controlled heating and fans in every room and a 150-liter water heater, which guarantees more than enough hot water for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee makers (one Nespresso and one traditional), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and mixer, as well as a smoke detector for your safety.
You’ll also have access to regular and decaf coffee—both ground and in Nespresso capsules—as well as tea, sugar, salt, spices, extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, mineral water, and lactose-free skim milk, as well as dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent and fabric softener.
The living room features two sofas, a TV, a dining table, a sewing kit, and a first-aid kit.
There are three bedrooms, two of which have 150-cm double beds and the third has two 90-cm single beds.
One of the bedrooms has a glass-enclosed balcony where you can sunbathe, and another has a TV.
All bedrooms have large closets with shelves and hangers for clothes.
A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a free 60x120-centimeter baby crib are provided, but please be sure to request it in advance so we can have it ready with bedding.
The balcony has a large clothesline suspended from the ceiling that can be lowered when needed and raised to save space; it also features a powerful dehumidifier, ensuring that clothes dry in just a few hours, even in winter.
Both bathrooms are fully equipped; one has a bathtub and the other a shower stall, both with shower screens. They include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap,
If one of the guests doesn’t want to share a room or there’s a small child, we can set up one of the living room sofas as it converts into a small bed, but please let us know in advance so we can provide bedding.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a fire extinguisher, and there are two elevators in the building for your convenience, as well as a 24-hour pharmacy and a traditional laundromat right next door.
In the surrounding area, you’ll also find two coin-operated self-service laundromats.

Other important details:
As of October 2025, a tourist tax of €2 per person per day has gone into effect in the cities of Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña.
The tax will be automatically added to the total booking amount based on the number of guests included, so no action is required on your part.
Stays for medical reasons, stays by federated athletes participating in official competitions, and stays resulting from force majeure are exempt from this tax. In addition, minors who are not emancipated and people with a disability rating of 65% or higher are exempt from paying this tax.

The public parking lot located directly below the building offers a special rate of 9€ per 24 hours; you don’t have to do anything—just take the ticket when you enter, and the hourly rate will accrue until it reaches 9€; from that point on, it’s free until 24 hours have passed since the vehicle entered, after which it charges 9€ again for the next 24 hours, and so on.
However, if you’re staying more than three days, take the ticket when you enter and go to the parking information booth (open 24 hours a day) located in basement-1 so they can exchange it for a 30€ pass valid for 5 days or a 35€ pass valid for 7 days. Additionally, with these passes, you have the advantage of being able to enter and exit the parking garage as many times as you like, since it has a license plate reader. There are also several charging stations for electric vehicles.
