This hotel was a true gem in Santiago de Compostela! The room was modern, spotless, and had powerful A/C, which made our stay very comfortable. Having a 24/7 laundry room was also a huge plus. It’s within walking distance of the city center, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there was a grocery store just one block away for anything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back!

The steps out front are daunting, but there is an entrance on the ground floor behind the stairs. Breakfast was good, and there are laundry facilities plus a gym.

The hotel Is modern and nice looking, though the rooms need better cleaning. Specially the bathroom. Check in process difficult, no parking space to unload luggage and need use stairs to get to reception. Good location. Good price

It was a wonderful hotel / Dorms. Location was perfect, very close to the old historic district and new. A grocery store was 4 minutes away, and restaurants. We ate at the school cafeteria, great price for a 3 corse meal! The hotel / Dorms were extremely clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Laundry facilities at the bottom level.

Stayed here last minute for a family emergency and had a great stay. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she quickly helped me fix any issues that came up. It was really nice that they can call a taxi for you to the airport, because Uber is not a thing here. The hotel itself seems like it caters to a younger crowd, with foosball and pool tables, student accommodation, TVs playing the World Cup games, and just overall trendy vibes. The air conditioning was nice to have for the week!

Although the staff were helpful and the facilities great, was disappointed the room was not ‘refreshed’ at all despite being there for five nights. Notice was also put on the door but still no joy. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of food and drink facilities across the road. Was just off the old town which was only a ten minute walk. Lots of history to see. and cafes and restaurants to visit.

Purpose-renovated from a retired hospital, this property provided an excellent location near the centre of Santiago. Clean, quiet, modern, it feels like a multi-star hotel, but it is BnB. The only quibble was that the entry security is perhaps a bit lax as anyone could come in from the street and walk right by the front desk without challenge. Management was advised of this and indicated they would consider this as a valid concern to be addressed.

Staff was excellent. I was disappointed in that the restaurant was so limited and catered to students. It was really more like a cafeteria. I didn’t expect it to also serve as a student dormitory. Location was fine but I would not recommend it to friends.

The rooms are basically college dorm rooms. Some wings are for college students and the wings that they call the "hotel" are the same rooms they use for the dorms. They were clean but tiny. The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location.
