The beautiful holiday home is located just outside Portopetro in a quiet private road - close to the nature reserve Mondragó and Cala Mondragó. The harbor, the lighthouse and three small bays are within walking distance. The house is left for sole use. In front of the house is a parking lot.
Our comfortable air-conditioned house (about 100 square meters WFL) is located on a 340 sqm well maintained property, which is overgrown and can be lit in the evening.
In addition to the breakfast terrace on the ground, the sun terrace around the pool has plenty of space for the sun loungers, the Weber gas grill and a cozy lounge area. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with air conditioning (hot / cold) and a satellite TV with DVD player, Bose CD radio, wireless Internet, fireplace and underfloor heating. The open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machines with filter and capsule, kettle, washing machine, dryer, new dishes, new glasses, ..) adjoins the living room and the cozy dining area. On the ground floor are two bedrooms (air conditioning cold / warm, 2 x double bed and 1 safe) with intermediate modern shower room. The second modern bathroom with shower bath and toilet is upstairs, as well as the third bedroom with a double bed and sea view (climate cold / warm). Two more furnished terraces are located on the west side (sundowner terrace) and on the roof (roof terrace). Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a 360 ° view.
For the safety of small guests, the breakfast terrace can be separated from the pool by a mobile fence (built in 5 minutes). Small children can play safely on the shady terrace without the risk of falling into the pool. A cot and high chair are also available.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit top Austattung
Der Kontakt und Checkin war super organisiert und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand es ist sehr ruhig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub und haben die Zeit in dieser Unterkunft genossen

Traumhaus
Wir, eine drei Personen " Damenreisegruppe" sind seit vielen Jahren gemeinsam unterwegs, auch schon oft auf Mallorca, dieses Ferienhaus war das Schönste, das wir je hatten! Es passte einfach alles: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Ambiente, Lage, Umgebung
Kontakt zu den Vermietern ... und natürlich besonders der Pool, die Dachterasse und der zauberhafte Garten! Wir haben uns von Minute 1 an pudelwohl gefühlt und die Woche so sehr genossen, Erholung pur. Wir haben, auch dank der umfangreichen Literatur im Haus, viele neue Eindrücke und wunderbare Erinnerungen imitgenommen, die uns den Alltag noch lange "versüßen " werden. Wir möchten im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und sind schon voller Vorfreude...

Excelente rincon para descansar en Mallorca
El alojamiento dispone de todo lo necesario para tus vacaciones, la decoracion mallorquina del alojamiento es muy agradable y sorprende ya que los alojamientos vacacionales no es comun, te hace sentir como en tu casa, y el emplazamiento es super tranquilo, desde la casa puedes acceder a unas calas a 600m, y tambien a la cala mondrago y S,amarador imprescindible visita! Y justo al lado en portopetro dispones de reataurantes excelentes ! Hemos disfrutado y descansado muchisimo de esta parte de la isla!!! Repetiremos!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Ein schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind allesamt schnell zu erreichen. Durch die äußerst ruhige Lage des Domizils gibt es auch keinen Autolärm.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man auch noch die letzten Sonnenstunden des Tages genießen kann.

Perfekter Herbsturlaub
Wir können uns unseren Vorrednern nur anschließen. Das Haus bietet perfekte Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Das absolute "Highlight" ist wirklich die Terrasse mit dem Pool. Man kann sich kaum satt sehen bei den ganzen blühenden Pflanzen und Palmen. Hier will man bei Sonnenschein wirklich nicht mehr weg. Die schönen Strände bei Mondrago sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar mit dem Mietwagen. Wir waren überrascht über die netten Restaurants direkt am Meer in Porto Petro. Das Haus bietet zudem viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, durch alleine drei Terrassen. Die Nachbarn sind zum Teil durchaus wahrnehmbar aber durch die geschickte Gartengestaltung ist das kaum ein Thema. Drinnen hält man es auch bei Regen gut aus. In Summe können wir das Haus nur empfehlen.

Traumurlaub auf Mallorca
Wir waren zum ersten Mal seit 25 Jahren mal wieder auf Mallorca und haben mit dieser tollen Villa einen idealen Platz in toller Umgebung zum entspannen gefunden. Es ist aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.
Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.
Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%! Die Besitzer und auch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Rund um, alles perfekt, so wie auch in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, sogar Gewürze, die Pool Heizung ist super und der Grill vollkommen ausreichend.
