Surrounded by a totally natural landscape, where you can find a multitude of fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees and carob trees. An oasis of tranquillity very close to several points of interest.
It is a newly built house, built following traditional parameters and materials. It is a self-sustainable, ecological and environmentally friendly property. It works with solar energy, it also has its own water. Of course, certain rules about the use of the property must be followed in order to maintain self-sustainability.
The pool is ecological and natural (no salt or chlorine), with a waterfall that helps to purify the water. Bathing in it is a pleasure, as well as being very pleasant for the skin.
It has a capacity for 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a traditional fireplace for barbecues, large dining room with TV (Astra satellite and DTT), library-games room, covered terrace overlooking the pool, solarium with mountain views and free WIFI.
