I would say is a great 3 star hotel for the money we paid. Great customer service and polite staff. The food was good and enough to satisfy everyone’s tastes. The beach is close and absolutely stunning. Will highly recommend !

The check in was awful. The guy at reception didn’t know what he was doing. Although he had my reservation he kept asking for a voucher. I showed him all the emails and the booking on my phone but he wouldn’t accept it. DONT USE!

The food was unfortunately barely edible. Occasionally there was a dish which was good/ok, but the majority of the food was tasteless, the meat very tough, and the eggs like rubber. We ended up going out for dinner. Very disappointing. The shower was terrible, water was weak and simply didn’t work properly, and kept flooding the bathroom floor. The room was not completely clean. The balcony door was very difficult to open and close. The personal were polite, and the entertainment team were brilliant.

Établissement très grand, idéalement situé l’esthétique extérieur très sympa. Personnel au top, gentil, accueillant et disponible. Plusieurs piscines à dispositions, bémol quand à l’heure d’ouvertures de celles-ci (10h-18h) par contre, très bien entretenues. Notre appartement n’était pas adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes, un peu petit et literie pas super confortable. Buffet pas de grande qualité, salle de sport très vétuste, appareils ne fonctionnant pas ou étant cassé. Animations pas très variés ou tout est animé en anglais. Beaucoup de choses faites pour les touristes allemands et anglais….. Malgré tout cela très bon séjour, Palma de Majorque est une destination magique

Meget slidt hotel. Mangler generelt hygiejne ved buffet i restaurant. Der er spritdispensere men ingen bruger dem da de var tomme og dårligt placeret. Maden kedelig og uden smag og generelt meget tørt kød. Ensformigt. Pool beskidt. Aircondition virkede ikke optimalt på alle værelser. Håbløst med antal solsengen ved pool. Den ene pool var slet ikke åben.

Bra läge men väldigt låg kvalitet på maten

Bra läge men mindre bra hotell. Dålig servicekänsla , krånglig incheckning, konstigt pant-system för all inclusive dryck. Matkvaliteten långt under standard trots högt pris per natt. Vi åt middag flera kvällar på andra restauranger då maten och miljön i restaurangen på hotellet var väldigt låg
