Son Fumat Rustic Charm and Tranquillity in Southern Mallorca

Welcome to Son Fumat, a traditional stone villa converted into a comfortable holiday home, located in a peaceful agricultural area of southern Mallorca, in the municipality of Santanyí.



The property, south-facing, is surrounded by a spacious garden with natural grass, palm trees, and pine trees that provide shade and open space. It is ideal for families, as children can play freely while adults relax in the hammock, sunbathe on the Balinese bed, or enjoy the swimming pool.



In the exterior, there are several seating areas, a natural stone terrace and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The entire space is landscaped with Mediterranean vegetation, such as bougainvilleas and native trees.



The interior of the house is distributed over two floors and offers four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All are decorated in a rustic and functional style, using natural materials. The living-dining room is spacious and integrated with a modern and fully equipped kitchen.



The house has three bathrooms: one on each floor of the interior and an additional one outside, very practical during pool days.



Son Fumat is located just 1.4 km from the village of Es Llombards, where there are bakeries and basic shops, and a short drive from several well-known beaches such as Cala Llombards.
