Quiet and family-friendly residential neighborhood

Townhouse in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, with a private entrance and a communal pool. It has two floors totaling 120 m², a 28 m² front terrace, and a 42 m² private garden with a pergola and awning. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and can accommodate 5 adults and 1 child (on a fold-out bed); we also have a crib available for babies. One of the double bedrooms is en suite, with its own bathroom. Parties, barbecues, smoking, and pets are not allowed. Street parking is available and there is always space. The residential complex is located on the edge of a Protected Natural Area (Acentejo Coast Protected Landscape). It is an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.<br>We, the hosts—Tetyana (Ukraine, musician) and Luis (Spain, geologist)—are lovers of nature and tranquility, and our tastes are reflected in the simple yet exquisite decor, with touches of volcanic natural elements. We lived in this home until August 2022 and have now converted it into a vacation rental to help support our family in Ukraine. The paintings in the home are oil paintings created by local and Ukrainian artists.<br>The La Quinta residential community (Santa Úrsula) is one of the best residential areas in northern Tenerife, as it enjoys a mild and pleasant climate year-round. The views from its cliffs and lookouts are among the most spectacular on the island, offering a view of the impressive peak of Mount Teide and the Orotava Valley. It has its own exit to the TF-5 highway, just 2 minutes from the home, which connects to Tenerife North Airport in 15–20 minutes. A 3-minute drive from the home is the Lidl supermarket and the shopping district in the town center of Santa Úrsula, which features an attractive and well-known selection of local restaurants (guachinches). Just over a 5-minute drive away are the Mercadona and Hiperdino stores. The Alcampo Shopping Center, with a wide range of retail options, is a 12-minute drive away. The tourist towns of Puerto de La Cruz and La Orotava are about a 10- to 15-minute drive away.
