Private heated pool (6 x 4 m), at least 26 degrees. Pool heating is included in the price.
The 220 m2 villa features a private terrace with tropical trees and a BBQ.
There are 3 TVs: 75″, 55″, and 40″.
There is a garage for 2 cars.
High-speed internet in all rooms (1 Gb).
There are 2 work desks; a monitor is available.
Some of the best restaurants in the north are just a 5-minute walk away!
A 5-minute drive to Puerto de la Cruz.
You can reach the southern airport in 1 hour by car, and the northern airport in 20 minutes.

Space description:

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a 75-inch TV, a kitchen, and a restroom. The living room features glass walls overlooking a patio with tropical trees and a BBQ, as well as a private heated pool with sun loungers.

Outside, next to the pool, there is a covered area with a dining table, where you can enjoy a nice meal with friends and family or have a drink.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which share a large balcony with ocean views. You can also watch amazing sunsets from there! The master bedroom features a work desk and an en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well.

The attic features the fourth bedroom, complete with a desk, a TV, and a rooftop terrace offering stunning views of Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean.

This villa does not share any common areas with other guests, so you can enjoy the villa and the pool in complete privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tenerife. The property is truly high-end, with a beautiful, thoughtfully designed interior and an incredible attention to detail. Everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we really felt at home from the moment we arrived.The views are absolutely amazing, overlooking the coast, ocean, mountains and surrounding nature. The sunsets and overall atmosphere are simply beautiful.What really stood out, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly caring, responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even went the extra mile and brought us a computer screen so we could work comfortably.Fantastic communication, wonderful hospitality and a beautiful property. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back!
