The hotel is well center in the middle of the city, bathrooms are small and no A/C, but they have a fan that for me was sufficient, 30 min to the Termales

Hôtel sécurisé et très bien placé. Le gérant est extrêmement serviable, n'hésite pas à rendre service et à accompagner dans la rue pour vous orienter. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Il manque quelques agréments pour être confortable si le séjour est de plusieurs jours (des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes, des endroits où poser vos affaires de toilette,...)

Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos súper bien atendidos. El hotel es hermoso, muy limpio, organizado y con una ubicación perfecta en el corazón de Santa Rosa de Cabal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy tranquilas; además, las camas son deliciosas para descansar después de visitar las termales. El personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Nos encantó el balcón de la habitación y la vista de la ciudad. Todo estaba impecable y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Definitivamente volveríamos una y mil veces más. Súper recomendado para quienes quieran descansar, sentirse cómodos y vivir una experiencia espectacular en Santa Rosa de Cabal.
