The Juander Inn is newly renovated 400 sq ft., 1 BR beach cottage on 30A. Located in prestigious South Walton, our Seagrove Beach community is centrally located making it an ideal location for getting around 30A. A quick 1/2 mile to the beach, walk or bike to the gorgeous white sand & emerald waters or head into the quaint Town of Seaside for dining & entertainment. Miles of forest trails, pathed pedestrian paths, boutique shops, delish cuisine & more are all steps from your door. Reserve today!

You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and access to the shared pool. Host live next door and are available anytime should you need us. The cottage comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, soft-cooler).

The entire cottage is yours. The pool area is a shared space with your hosts and our other property guests (the Studio and our RV site).

We have three unique rentals on two neighboring lots. The spaces are designed to give all our guests their own space and privacy. There are some shared spaces like the pool and some parking and storage areas. Guests interaction is likely in shared spaces.
