It includes 10 ft. ceilings, stone/hardwood floors, multiple balconies, & a chef’s kitchen that features Viking commercial grade appliances & plenty of cooking amenities. It’s only a short walk, bicycle ride, or golf cart ride to 30A’s iconic beaches, unique coastal dune lakes, world class dining, bars, coffee shop, fish market, bike/kayak rental, etc. This corner unit boasts the best views of the lake & gulf from the Eastern Lake Condo building. Conveniently located to Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, The Hub, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, & Rosemary Beach. You must be at least 25 yoa to rent this unit. There is a doorbell camera that owner can access. Owner may ask for age verification, if necessary. There are two designated parking spaces for this unit (golf cart is parked in one of them). There are overflow spots, but parking can be a challenge during peak season. There are also two handicapped spots, directly in front of Buddy’s Seafood Market. Including this rental, there are six two-story units, that are on the 2nd & 3rd floors. They can be accessed by stairs (sides & middle of building) or elevator (middle of building), that will get you to 2nd floor, where condo entrances are. Luggage carts are available. This unit has five wall-mounted smart TV’s, to stream your favorite shows or movies. The entire unit is accessible (besides 3 locked owners closets & a few locked kitchen cabinets), which still allows for plenty of closet, cabinet, & pantry storage, to include luggage racks & ottomans. Six beach chairs & a cooler are provided for your use. Beach towels are also provided & must be returned to unit. Please remove all sand from chairs & coolers, prior to departure. The cooler must also be cleaned with soapy water before returning to pantry. For cooler nights, there is an electric fireplace, located on 2nd floor living area. A desk is included on 2nd floor dining area, in an alcove, where Wi-fi is also available. Age limit/rules are strictly enforced & may result in non refundable eviction.
